Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We visited the beautiful Elbphilharmonie and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife nearby. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with made-to-order omelettes. The bar was an amazing place...  

Spent a lovely weekend here, relaxing in the spa and enjoying the stunning indoor pool. The breakfast spread was a feast with fresh juices and delicious local treats. Just wish the elevator waited a moment longer when you press to call it! 😊

Luxurious, luxurious, luxurious

The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight, featuring fresh-squeezed juices and made-to-order omelettes that left my taste buds dancing. I had the most relaxing time at the spa, enjoying both the steam room and...  

The fitness area is equipped with top-notch machines, offering a great place to work out. I loved the modern, spacious suite with quality amenities.

Comfortable vibes but needs a refresh

The place was pretty nice, clean rooms, and the staff were all friendly, just super by-the-book. We had a junior suite which was comfy, but really, the spa situation was a letdown with plastic sheets everywhere. The bar lounge area had some cool vibes for relaxing after a long day. Definitely not what I expected from a five-star place.

I had a fantastic stay at Park Hyatt Hamburg. The location is incredible, right in the heart of the shopping district. Stepping out the door, I found everything I needed within reach. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a tranquil retreat after busy days exploring. Enjoyed a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa area that made my workout sessions enjoyable. Breakfast was a treat with a delectable buffet, though I wished for more variety. Staff members were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed right from check-in. On the downside, there were hiccups with room cleaning. I had to wait longer than expected for my room to be serviced, which was frustrating. Room service also took longer than ideal, and my food was overly salty on a couple of occasions. Overall, it was a lovely stay but some service aspects need attention, particularly during peak times.
